The city is surrounded not only by the forests of the park hums, and other woods from other sites from the prosperous nature, such as the Olive Lake, the reservoir created for irrigation purposes, or the archaeological site of Mountain of March, wrapped also in the countryside. Not to mention that in a limited range, near Enna, opens Pergusa lake, framed by the enchanting high natural reserve of the same name, or the other Rossomanno Grottascura Bellia Natural Reserve, part of which lies in its territory Armerino. The latter embraces the forest reserve Rossomanno, which takes its name from the mountain, a dense forest whose trails were recently redrawn to favor the activities of hiking and trekking.
