At the Salt Museum from 1 September it will host the eighth edition of "Red Garlic and White Sale".
The visitor immersed in the evocative setting of the nature reserve of the salt pans of Trapani, will see traditional methods of collection and valuable plant and animal species such as the elegant pink flamingos, flock to Salt pools to a host of other migratory and nesting varieties.
